By purchasing or using ASL Hosting (“we,” “us,” “our”) services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies contained on this page.

You must be 18 or older to use our services.
1.3 Account Information
You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
1.4 Account Security
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity under your account.
1.5 Service Scope
ASL Hosting provides self-managed hosting.
This means:

No WordPress fixes or troubleshooting

One-time manual installation included
-
Customer manages everything afterward
2. Hosting Service Description
2.1 One-Time Setup
We manually create hosting accounts and install WordPress once per order.
After setup, you are responsible for:

Updates
-
Configuration
-
Security
2.2 Self-Managed Hosting
No support is included unless you purchase a separate support plan.
2.3 Suitable Use
Hosting is provided for normal WordPress websites only.
Not allowed:

Storage-only accounts

Backup-only accounts
-
File repositories
-
Streaming/video hosting
3. Prohibited Content & Activities (Strict AUP)
This is the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
3.1 Adult Content

Adult video “tube” sites

Sexual or explicit content
3.2 Traffic, Bots & High-Abuse Programs

5. Fair Use Policy (FUP)
5.1 Shared Hosting Environment
Resources are shared among users.
You may not consume excessive CPU, RAM, or disk I/O.
5.2 Excessive Usage
We may:

Request optimization

Disable abusive plugins

Limit resource usage

Suspend accounts causing server issues
5.3 Acceptable Plugins
Heavy plugins such as page builders are allowed, but not allowed if they overload the server.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Updates & Maintenance
You must maintain:

Theme updates

Plugin updates
6.2 Security
You must:

Use strong passwords

Keep everything updated

Remove unused plugins

Avoid nulled/pirated software
6.3 Hacked Sites
If your site is hacked, you must fix it yourself or hire a developer.
We do not repair hacked sites.
7. Backup & Data Policy
7.1 Customer Responsibility
Although we perform routine server backups, customers must maintain their own backups.
7.2 Backup Guarantee
We do not guarantee:

8. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy
8.1 Pricing

Once your hosting account is created, no refunds are issued.
8.3 Subscription Renewals
Hosting renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8.4 Failed Payments
Unpaid invoices may lead to:

9. Cancellation Policy
9.1 How to Cancel
Customers may cancel hosting anytime through the billing portal.
9.2 No Partial Refunds
There are no refunds for unused time.
9.3 Immediate Termination
Upon cancellation, your hosting data may be deleted immediately.
10. Suspension & Termination Policy
10.1 Suspension Reasons
We may suspend accounts for:

10.2 Termination
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination.
10.3 Data Removal
Terminated accounts may be deleted 7–30 days after suspension.
11. Domain Policies
11.1 Domain Registration
Domain registrations are non-refundable.
11.2 Domain Ownership
Domains registered through ASL Hosting belong to the customer if their account is in good standing.
11.3 Domain Renewals
Customer is responsible for renewing domains on time.
11.4 Transfer Policy
Transfers are supported on a best-effort basis; we are not responsible for downtime or data loss.
12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
12.1 Uptime Goal
We target 99.9% uptime.
12.2 SLA Credits
Credits may be issued at our discretion.
12.3 Exclusions
SLA does not cover:

13. Liability Disclaimer

ASL Hosting does not monitor or review customer content.
False or abusive DMCA reports may be rejected.

18. Law Enforcement Cooperation
ASL Hosting complies with valid legal requests from government or law enforcement agencies.

We do not provide notice to the customer if prohibited by law.
Hosting may be suspended immediately if illegal activity is suspected.
